This Privacy Policy explains how CashCaptre LLC ("CashCaptre," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CashCaptre website at cashcaptre.com and the CashCaptre mobile application (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
CashCaptre LLC is a limited liability company organized in Iowa (EIN 42-3232510). You can reach us at info@cashcaptre.com for any privacy question or request.
The Services are intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. A child under 13 may use CashCaptre only with the direct supervision of, and through the account of, a parent or legal guardian. If you are 13–17, you should review this Policy with, and have the consent of, a parent or legal guardian. Cashing out prizes or wallet funds requires you to be 18 or older and to complete identity verification; users 13–17 may earn rewards, but cash value is held until they turn 18 and verify. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Purchases and cash-outs are processed by Stripe under its own terms; we do not store your full card numbers.
The app asks permission before using certain features, which you can change in your device settings: Location (to run hunts/confirm captures, active hunts only), Camera & microphone (to record Capture Cards/content), Photo library (to upload images), and Notifications (alerts you've opted into). Denying a permission only disables that feature.
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send automated texts about launches, hunts, and your account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of using the Services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who help operate the Services (payment, identity, SMS/email, mapping, hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under contracts limiting their use; other users, as you direct (your public username, avatar, squad activity, and community posts are visible; content is featured publicly only with your opt-in, Section 8); legal & safety as required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in a business transfer consistent with this Policy.
We apply extra protections to users under 18. A minor's content and social handles default to private. We do not publicly display a minor's social handles, or feature a minor's content, image, or likeness, without verifiable parental or guardian consent. Featuring is opt-in, and for a minor that choice requires a parent or guardian.
If you pre-register for a College Campus Hunt through a student organization or government, any student-record information is handled in line with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and agreements with the institution, and used only to operate the campus hunt.
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information and to opt out of certain processing. The app provides in-app controls to change your password, export your data, and delete your account. California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights; EU/UK residents have GDPR rights. To make a request, email info@cashcaptre.com.
We use reasonable safeguards and store credentials securely. No system is perfectly secure. We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud; location data is kept only as described above.
We may update this Policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date, with additional notice for material changes.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CashCaptre LLC ("CashCaptre," "we," "us"). They govern your use of the CashCaptre website and mobile application (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Official Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old and a legal U.S. resident to use the Services, and use them only where permitted by law. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf; if you are under 13, you may use CashCaptre only through a parent or legal guardian's supervised account. Cashing out wallet funds requires you to be 18 or older and to verify your identity. You may hold one account per person.
CashCaptre is a skill-based competition. Outcomes are determined by navigation, speed, puzzle-solving, and strategy — not by luck or chance. No purchase is necessary to play or win. For any hunt with a paid entry, a free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) is always available. CashCaptre is not gambling and is not a lottery.
You may create and share content — Capture Cards, recordings, avatar and cosmetic choices, and squad or community posts ("User Content").
Featuring is opt-in. If you opt in, you grant CashCaptre permission to use your username, hunter content, and likeness to promote the Services. If you are under 18, featuring and any public display of your social handles require verifiable parental or guardian consent, and your content otherwise defaults to private. You may change your featuring choice going forward.
In-app tools are skill-balanced — they sharpen an edge but never guarantee a win. Tools may be purchased or, optionally, unlocked by choosing to watch an advertisement. Ads are strictly opt-in; CashCaptre never forces ads. The opt-in ad system and the tools and items it unlocks are available to all users aged 13 and older; ad and in-app rewards are non-cash. Withdrawing cash always requires a verified user who is 18 or older.
You agree not to: falsify your location or use GPS spoofing, emulators, bots, or automation; create multiple accounts or over-enter; manipulate hunt mechanics, timing, or capture results; harass others or use the Services unlawfully; or trespass or break any law while hunting. We operate anti-cheat detection and may flag, withhold payouts on, void, or reverse results we reasonably believe involve cheating, pending review.
You are responsible for your own safety while hunting. Obey all laws, signals, signs, and private-property rules. Do not hunt while driving or enter dangerous or restricted areas. CashCaptre is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage from your participation or travel.
The Services, the CashCaptre name and logo, avatars, cosmetics, icons, and related content are owned by CashCaptre LLC and protected by trademark, copyright, patent, and other laws. The CashCaptre™ trademark has been filed with the USPTO, and the hunt technology is patent-pending (U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 64/095,564, filed June 22, 2026). You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that GPS, maps, connectivity, or device functions will be accurate or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashCaptre and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of what you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months or $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashCaptre from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by Iowa law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and CashCaptre waive the right to a jury trial and to a class action, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration is administered by the AAA under its then-current rules.
We may update these Terms, posting material changes here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older. A participant under 13 may take part only through a parent or legal guardian's supervised account. Withdrawing cash requires a verified participant who is 18 or older; participants 13–17 may earn and hold rewards, but cash value is held until they turn 18 and verify. Employees, officers, and members of CashCaptre LLC and their immediate family/household, and any sponsor of a specific hunt and its employees, are not eligible to win that hunt. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
CashCaptre is a game of skill. To complete a hunt, a participant follows clues, navigates to real-world GPS checkpoints, and is the first to physically reach the capture zone and complete the capture. Outcomes depend on navigation, speed, puzzle-solving, and strategy — not on luck or chance. Capture order is determined by server-recorded timestamps; the Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper.
To enter any prize-pool hunt for free, open that hunt in the app during its entry window and select "Free Entry (AMOE)" — no payment — or mail a 3"x5" card printed with your full name, email, phone, and the exact hunt name to: CashCaptre LLC, 441 4th St, Clutier, IA 52217, received before the entry deadline. Free entries have the same eligibility, deadlines, and skill requirements and an equal opportunity to win. Limit: one entry per person per hunt, and one per person/device/IP for pre-launch and voting.
Prizes vary by hunt and are described at entry (individual hunt cash prizes; monthly city-leaderboard prizes; Apex and Legend tier prizes; the annual World Hunt grand prize of $100,000+ in cash and/or experiences). The ARV of each prize is stated. Cash prizes are credited to the winner's wallet as Winnings and may be withdrawn after identity and age (18+) verification. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitution except by the Sponsor.
The wallet holds two balances: cashable Winnings (withdrawable by verified participants 18+) and non-cashable Credit (for entries and the store). Everyday rewards (daily check-ins, streaks, referrals, routine engagement) are issued as Credit. Ads are strictly opt-in. The opt-in ad system and the tools/items it unlocks are available to all participants aged 13 and older; ad and in-app rewards are non-cash. Cash withdrawal always requires a verified participant 18 or older.
For any promotion with prizes over $5,000, the Sponsor will register and post any required bond in states that require it (Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) before it opens, or it will not be offered to residents of those states.
The pre-launch hunt is a free promotional skill activity. By completing the social clue chain and the human-verification step, an eligible participant earns wallet credit as described at the offer. Completion times are recorded server-side. Credits are redeemable at public app launch, require a verified account, and may expire; cash withdrawal of any cashable value requires a verified participant 18+. One entry per person/device/IP.
Potential winners must verify identity and age and may sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release where lawful (a cash prize requires 18+ verification). Winnings of $600+ in a year may require a Form 1099 and W-9. CashCaptre operates anti-cheat detection; a win flagged for review may have its payout withheld until the review is complete. Failure to verify or respond within seven (7) days may result in disqualification.
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Participants must obey all laws, must not trespass or enter unsafe areas, and must not hunt while driving. GPS spoofing, location falsification, emulators, bots, and multiple/fake accounts are prohibited. The Sponsor may verify locations and may modify, suspend, or terminate a hunt, disqualify a participant, or void or reverse a result for fraud, cheating, spoofing, technical failure, or any cause that corrupts the administration, security, or fairness of a promotion. The Sponsor's decisions are final.
Featuring is opt-in. Except where prohibited, a participant who opts in grants CashCaptre the right to use their username, city/campus, and hunt content for promotion. CashCaptre will not publicly display the social handles of, or feature the content or likeness of, a participant under 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent; minors' content defaults to private.
By participating, you release CashCaptre LLC and its members, officers, agents, and any hunt sponsor from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, travel, or acceptance or use of any prize. You are solely responsible for your safety.
These Official Rules are governed by Iowa law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration as set out in the CashCaptre Terms of Service, except where prohibited by law.
Information collected is used in accordance with the CashCaptre Privacy Policy.
For the name of a winner of a specific hunt, email info@cashcaptre.com within sixty (60) days after that hunt ends.
